Not much is known about Neon other that he arrived immediately after the Light & Dark elements were reawakened, he mostly walks around and using his light fingers to write stuff down on his light pad. He doesn't seem to share the notes however, he only seems to be taking notes on the Portal of Power and Eon's floating spirit, possibly a connection between the two.
