This live-action series based on R.L. Stine's award-winning book series places average kids in a weird alternate reality, where they find themselves facing such situations as haunted amusement parks, possessed Halloween masks and other bizarre and frightening scenarios. R L Stine, the author of 'Goosebumps', is shocked when demons from his books come to life and create havoc in Delaware. Later, he, his daughter, Hannah, and her friend Zach strive to put things right. Sonny and Sam find an ancient manuscript in an abandoned house while cleaning it. However, things escalate when the text brings a ventriloquist dummy named Slappy to life.
