Description of Cyrus-Grace:
She was diagnosed with polycystic kidney disease when she was three years old, since that day her life has been filled with doctors appoiment, and treatment. Her parents are devoted to her and she really close to her younger sister, she soon meets Finn, who helps her live life to the fullest
