In a far away land, where many fantastic characters from many fairy tales resides and live together. There lives a grumpy ogre, Shrek who happily lives alone in his swamp and scares many villagers who come across him. Howerer, it peaceful lifes ends when many fairlytale characters are forced to leave their homes by the cruel-hearted Lord Farquaad. In an agreement for him to leave his swamp alone, he must rescue Princess Fionna and bringing her to him to become a king. With the help of a talking Donkey, Shrek ventures into an epic adventured to find the Princess. But little does anyone know that this may end up becoming a fairy tale in of itself
