Description of Hulk/Bruce Banner:
So after Jennifer is given a nanotech poison infused with a bottle of wine or champagne in the form of a "gift" from Silvio for winning his first case in court, Bruce volunteers to help create a solution that will effectively destroy the nanotech poison in her system. It doesn't work immediately unless Silvio triggers it. Until this happens Jennifer has to keep working for Silvio (of course he's crooked as hell so his cases are going to be nigh impossible to prove his innocence but she has to until Bruce creates the solution)
