Shadow the Hedgehog has survived after he saved the world from the Eclipse Cannon. This time, he's looking to carry out Maria's wish by joining G.U.N., whom he still holds a grudge against and help face off against an alien race known as the Black Arms taking over the world. Joining alongside him are two new friends Rouge the Bat and Omega, and on the opposite side sees the dark lord Black Doom who knows the true origin of Shadow.
