In 19th Century Sesame-vania, Jonathan Grover (played by Grover) and his cute little assistant Dr. Horatio (played by Elmo) are expected to meet at Castle Numeral, where the vampire, Count Von Count invites them to a Midnight Monster Bash! But as the party unfolds, The Count's rival, The Phantom Minus has crashed the party and sucked the Count's ability to count clean off, rendering him stupid and useless. Grover and Horatio must bring the Count back at full power, team up with a hunter, and challenge the dastardly phantom! Sesame Street presents a wild, spooky, creepy, song-and-dance-filled adventure with the Count and the Sesame Street Muppets!
