Agent Ulgrin is an American security officer that is employed by the SCP Foundation and was stationed at the Modular Site in 2012. He was present during the Modular Site Containment Breach orchestrated by Dr. George Maynard, having escorted D-9341 to SCP-173's chamber prior to the breach. Ulgrin later escaped the facility alongside Security Chief Franklin Carey. Ulgrin is a mostly mild-mannered man, though he is greatly impatient and openly states that he was disappointed that he didn't strike D-9341 for his "punchable face." Ulgrin also dislikes his job and loathes when Class-D personnel make it harder for him.
