Synopsis

9 years after the events of the killings at Blackwater University. The survivors have moved on with their life to varying degrees. Their lives are however different as a major movie series called STAB and true crime documentaries have been made about Olivia Conaways and Harrison O'connors killings. Both properties have reached a high amount of fame for all the survivors. All living their different lives in Los angeles years after. After a brutal killing of a cast member and the producers husband, the past survivors, their friends and family, and cast members of the movie series are targeted by another killer posing as ghostface for another spree, bloodier and more brutal than the last.

Description of Devyn Murphy (Opening kill, plays Avery in STAB series, dies):

Devyn Murphy is a household name in hollywood, one of her well known roles is as Avery Nichols in the STAB series. During the filming of Stab 3, she is killed by a masked killer wearing the same mask as in the movies and the killings they're based on. She is killed at the Stab Directors house, Margret Bailey, while she was having an affair with Bailey's husband Damien who is also killed in the opening sequence. Devyn's brutal murder sends the real Avery Nichols into a panic mode and causes her to go on high alert.
