Synopsis

9 years after the events of the killings at Blackwater University. The survivors have moved on with their life to varying degrees. Their lives are however different as a major movie series called STAB and true crime documentaries have been made about Olivia Conaways and Harrison O'connors killings. Both properties have reached a high amount of fame for all the survivors. All living their different lives in Los angeles years after. After a brutal killing of a cast member and the producers husband, the past survivors, their friends and family, and cast members of the movie series are targeted by another killer posing as ghostface for another spree, bloodier and more brutal than the last.

Avery and Quinn have become best friends, closer than ever, after the killings nine years ago and them both now living in Los Angeles. Since then Avery has gotten her own place and fulfilled her dream of becoming an architect working as part of a firm. However, she has become more introverted from her trauma and mostly stays to herself and her close friends after the killings back in college
