An old friend of Michael Arthate. A successful real estate agent, he helps his friend acquire Blackwood Manor. Michael will communicate with Jerry often during the game, using the telephone in the manor's lobby. It is revealed towards the end of the game that he obtained the manor through illicit means. In The Last Visit, it is revealed that he was sentenced to 8 years in prison for fraud, but was released after 4 years, in order to perform community service. He has reportedly never spoken to Michael Arthate since the events of the original story.
