Synopsis

Scooby-Doo and the gang of Mystery Inc. team up with the Phantom Thieves of Hearts from Persona 5 in an all-new, epic full-length crossover! Scooby-Doo and the Mystery Inc. gang visit modern-day Tokyo on vacation, until strange events began occurring when a series of cases involving a change of heart are happening not just Shibuya but all across the country of Japan. Mystery Inc. are on high alert, but there's another team also on the case: the Phantom Thieves, consist of Joker, Morgana, Ryuji Sakamoto, Ann Takamaki, Yusuke Kitagawa, Makoto Niijima, Futaba Sakura, and Haru Okumura, because their camping trip has turned into a road trip when they are being prime suspects of the recent Change of Heart epidemic. Thinking that this case is similar to their last adventure and that someone is framing them, they reluctantly turn to Mystery Inc. for help. Digging deeper into this long mystery sends Mystery Inc. and the Phantom Thieves to a mysterious, new realm in the Metaverse called Jails, where people are being jailed and their desires are being taken by its rulers called Monarchs. Now it's up to Scooby-Doo, Shaggy, and the Phantom Thieves to put their teamwork to good use and save the country, along with the mysterious A.I. Sophia, Public Security member Zenkichi Hasegawa, and his daughter, Akane. Pack your Scooby Snacks and summon your Personas as this is the one team-up you never expected.

Description of Velma Dinkley:

The youngest and clever member of Mystery Inc. who is the brains of the outfit. Using her computer-like brain and deductive reasoning to decipher the clues, Velma always thinks there's always a logical and rational explanation behind every mystery, leading the gang to scientific solutions. She's also skeptical about real ghosts, monsters and even the supernatural, but that didn't stop her from being an old pro at cracking cases and catching crooks. Oh, and she always lost her glasses.
