A hypothetical animated movie made and set during the early ‘70s period of the new Scooby Doo movies. After lifting the lid on aging criminal Mrs. Baker and saving eccentric scientist Professor Flakey, mystery incorporated are invited for the first time to Gotham City in the hopes of stopping new villain Johnathan Crane, an insidious man who aims to rob the city blind.
