Scooby-Doo and the gang run into some old familiar villains who are a little too strong for them, so the hooded Dark Knight himself - Batman - comes to their rescue! Then, when an unsolved case from the past begins to haunt him and a mysterious criminal in a red cloak threatens to take over Gotham City, Batman in turn turns to Mysteries, Inc. to help him solve the case.
