The Mystery Gang has graduated high school and are on summer vacation. They have fought several men in monster masks and are looking for a challenge. They travel to an amusement parks that is close to closing down after hearing that it was haunted. After getting there, the Hooked Spectre is causing Terror and running around freely.
They must find out who the Spectre is and what it wants before the amusement park closes.
