A powerful and skilled businessman and criminal mind, professional trap builder, leader of a notorious criminal gang, Crystal Cove's former mayor, one of Mystery Incorporated's greatest enemies, most notably being Fred Jones' archenemy and dark specular. He is basically Mayor Fred Jones, Sr. that we saw in the TV series Mystery Incorporated, only with the background a bit changed. P.S. Yes, here too he uses the identity of The Freak of Crystal Cove, and here too it is after his unmasking that his criminal roots are revealed.
