Synopsis

Siren Phillips learns that she will turn into a mermaid when she turns 12 years old. To make matters worse, she discovers that her friend's father is part of a group of hunters trying to catch her in which they attracted attention to the Hongil Patrol Division of the Korean National Police Agency (KNPA).

Description of Oh Yang-chon:

A former Violent Crimes Unit Detective. He was promoted quickly to the rank of Captain after solving several violent crime cases, but he is demoted due to an unexpected incident and is thrown into difficulties at the patrol division.
