Synopsis

Siren Phillips learns that she will turn into a mermaid when she turns 12 years old. To make matters worse, she discovers that her friend's father is part of a group of hunters trying to catch her in which they attracted attention to the police officers and detectives from the 12th Precinct of the New York City Police Department (NYPD) led by Captain Kate Beckett and her husband Richard Castle.

Description of Detective Kevin Ryan (Kevin Ryan):

He is a homicide detective for the New York City Police Department's 12th Precinct, working alongside detective Esposito, Captain Beckett and their consultant, Richard Castle. He is also involved in the investigation into Gary Witts and his mermaid hunting activity.
