Description of Nelson Ungar (Masked Rider Prime):

Nelson is Graham's former assistant at the North American Institute of Advanced Matter Physics who acted as his decoy Bounty Hunter Rimm. After being saved by Vighrock, he now operates as Masked Rider Prime.
