Description of Ryan Bailey (Masked Rider Drago):

Ryan Bailey was just a regular 18 year old boxer, until he was framed for a murder of a denist that he didn’t commit. When Ryan soon broke out of prison, that is when he then met Seth, he then became Seth's new partner to help him defend earth as Masked Rider Drago.
