Synopsis

Set against the backdrop of 1980s Los Angeles, Ruthless chronicles the extraordinary life of Eric "Eazy-E" Wright, a young hustler with a dream to change the world through music. Born into poverty and surrounded by violence, Eazy-E's journey is fraught with challenges from the start. But fueled by his passion for hip-hop and unwavering determination, he forms N.W.A. alongside Dr. Dre, Ice Cube, DJ Yella, and MC Ren, revolutionizing the music industry with their unapologetic portrayal of street life. As N.W.A. rises to fame with hits like "Straight Outta Compton" and "F**k tha Police," Eazy-E becomes both a symbol of defiance and a lightning rod for controversy. Description of O'Shea Jackson Sr. (Ice Cube):

O'Shea Jackson Sr., better known as Ice Cube, is an American rapper, songwriter, actor, and film producer. His lyrics on N.W.A's 1988 album Straight Outta Compton contributed to gangsta rap's widespread popularity, and his political rap solo albums AmeriKKKa's Most Wanted (1990), Death Certificate (1991), and The Predator (1992) were all critically and commercially successful. He was inducted into the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame as a member of N.W.A in 2016.
