The Ruby Heart is the only such and most expensive gemstone in the world. In exchange for it the authorities of the Democratic Republic of the Congo want to buy from North Korea powerful atomic bombs that will wipe out the neighboring Zambia with which they are in conflict. The Zambian authorities ask Agent 007 for help.
