The world reels after the revelation of Rorschach’s journal. Ozymandias is disgraced, Dr. Manhattan departs, and Reggie Long (the second Rorschach) stumbles upon Walter Kovacs’ hidden files.
As Reggie studies the words of the first Rorschach, the film plunges into flashbacks of Walter’s life — showing the moments that forged him, from his tragic childhood to his uncompromising crusade for truth.
But Walter’s files also contain something more: a clue to Dr. Manhattan’s final act. This discovery sends Reggie and Ozymandias on a journey across collapsing realities… until they break through into the universe Manhattan created Earth-1
