Character Description

The strip club-owning Baghdad crime prefect who is gunned down by Vermicelli during a hostile takeover. In his dying moments, he provides Driver with the location of Vermicelli's hideout. Despite limited screen time, Mal is a man who has seen better days and accepts his fate with grim resignation.
