Synopsis

In the year 2025, Monarch scientists search for the winged titan Rodan in Isla de Mara’s hollow earth where they uncover the underground world of El Dorado where Rodan will fight to reclaim his home against his aerial nemesis, Camazotz.

Description of Megapede:

Within the jungle lies the Megapede, a giant species of centipede that was once native to Skull Island but migrated below into El Dorado. As long as a school bus, the Megapede primarily lives in the Jungle region where they hunt and disembowel their prey with their sharp mandibles and sprays a deadly toxin that can lead to a nasty infection and without proper treatment can lead to death. They also had very strong armor and made great use for El Dorado’s hunters, who hunted them to make use for crafting weapons and food and on special occasions, would be offered as gifts during sacrificial rituals to appease their fire god, Rodan.
