Skynet causing Judgement Day, prompting Resistance survivor and soldier, Flo Langer in memory of resistance leader John Connor to terminate RoboCop after travelling in time to the past pitting two mechanical robots, the heroic RoboCop, Part-Man, Part-Machine, and All Cop, in one corner, against the villainous time-travelling assassin from the future Part-Machine, Part-Man, All Killer, The Terminator in the other corner, to decide the fate of the Earth (in the viewers hands).
