Four Turtles are raised by a Sewer Rat, the former pet of ninja master, and are trained in the ways of ninjitsu. They soon meet a scientist by the name of April O’Neil, who tells them that she is on the run from her former boss Baxter Stockman, who has created an army of robots called mousers, and an army of mutants to help him gain control over New York. While all this is going on, both the Turtles and Mutants are hunted by a man named Peter Eastman, who wants to use their blood to create a mutant army to help him rule the world, while most of the other Mutants try to stick with the Turtles to work together, Their leader, Superfly, and Bebop and Rocksteady remain loyal to Stockman. Now the Turtles have to fight through all of this, as their first real mission.
