Casting characters for the first film of the X-Men franchise in the MCU. The four snaps of the Infinity Gauntlet and the power of the Infinity Stones caused some of the people affected to have their X-Genes activated. Some people, however, have had their X-Genes activated without the use of Infinity Stones. These people include Wolverine, Magneto, Scarlet Witch, Apocalypse, Exodus, Namor the Sub-Mariner, Professor X, Ursa Major, Darkstar, the members of Alpha Flight, and more. The movie will end with the main characters of this film being met by Professor X to bring them to the Xavier Institute for Gifted Children.
