Synopsis

Married couple Ben and Jasmine find out their youngest son Toby is suffering from sleep paralysis. They chalk up his claims of the mythical creature The Sandman haunting his dreams as a sign of sleep deprivation, which they give him medication for… However the entire family soon finds themselves unable to sleep because of the fear brought upon by The Sandman, who slowly drives them insane.

Lachlan is the oldest son of the LaBelle family. He starts out as the stereotypical rude older brother, however he ends the film completely differently… He becomes wracked with guilt over how he’s treated Toby, eventually deciding to take his own life under the influence of The Sandman.
