Fan Casting Zoom in Return to the DC Universe

Once a brilliant FBI profiler who came to Keystone City to understand the Rogues, Hunter Zolomon would be paralyzed in an attack on Iron Heights prison by Gorilla Grodd. When Wally West refused to use the Cosmic Treadmill to restore his ability to walk, Hunter attempted it himself, but the Treadmill exploded, and allowed Hunter to manipulate time via a limited connection to the Forever Force , making him Zoom. Losing it to Inertia, Hunter would team with Eobard Thawne, the Reverse-Flash, and would soon become Zoom once more, this time as a conduit to the Negative Speed Force, once more an antithesis to his old friend Wally.
