Fan Casting Zan in Return to the DC Universe

One of the Wonder Twins, Zan hailed from the planet Exxor, but fate had different plans for him and his younger sister Jayna. The two met Captain Atom's "Extreme Justice" team, and began to travel with them, before settling on Earth. Over the years, Zan and Jayna have gotten used to Earth and its customs, and help people out. Together, when they fist bump, they trigger their powers, with Zan able to take on the form of water in any of its states. Now, the Wonder Twins work at the Hall of Justice, being tied to the JLA once more.
