Fan Casting Wildfire in Return to the DC Universe

One day, while studying at Metropolis University's research center, Drake Burroughs was caught in a laboratory explosion that completely destroyed his body. For reasons unknown, his consciousness survived, and the atoms of his body reconstituted themselves as pure antimatter. Saved by a containment suit made by a Professor Vultan, Drake was saved, and took on the name ERG-1. Though he first was rejected by the Legion, he would be accepted, and take on the name Wildfire, as well as forming a relationship with Dawnstar, a fellow Legionnaire. Now, Wildfire wears a new containment suit which allows him to better control his powers and to feel more "human".
