Fan Casting Weasel II in Return to the DC Universe

The name Weasel has been used before. The first Weasel was John Monroe, a former colleague of Martin Stein who snapped due to how much disrespect from his colleagues, becoming a bloodthirsty serial killer in a weasel-like costume, leading him to be killed by Rick Flag when Monroe killed the Thinker. This second Weasel is a genetic experiment, who had gotten loose and was accused of killing 27 children when he was captured and taken to Belle Reve. However, Weasel is actually a caring individual,-- he had tried to SAVE the children he was accused of killing, and now, with the Suicide Squad, is trying to make up for his past failures, even if his animal side makes him unpredictable.
