Fan Casting Warmaker One in Return to the DC Universe

A top ranked Air Force officer, Lieutenant Colonel Scott Sawyer and his comrades had been part of a plan by General Wade Eiling to gain access to the body of the Shaggy Man. Using a synthetic metagene, he turned Scott and four others into the Ultramarine Corps, "Tomorrow's Army Today", and tricking them to battle the JLA.
