Fan Casting Vibe II in Return to the DC Universe

The brother of Paco Ramone, Armando was once leader of Los Lobos after Paco became Vibe and joined the JLA when they were based in Detroit. Following Paco's death, Armando quit, choosing to use his own metagene of creating powerful soundwaves like his brother, and became a superhero, first as Reverb, then as Hardline in the Conglomerate, but now, he further honors Paco by becoming Vibe, spending time as a superhero and running his club in Metropolis.
