Imagined as an animated epic, not live action.

Description of Ultra-Humanite (Gerard Shugel):

Though he was brilliant, Gerard Shugel was hindered by his weak body, being paralyzed from the waist down. However, with his mind, he sought to rule the world, facing against the Golden Age of superheroes, particularly the Justice Society of America. Over time, Shugel, becoming known by his nom de guerre of the Ultra-Humanite, would transfer his mind into various bodies, though his most famed one would be that of a rare white gorilla, known as "Nzame" to the people of Gorilla City, he has cheated death over and over again...
