Fan Casting The Outsider in Return to the DC Universe

In the slums of Chandigarh, a woman named Pariyat gave birth to a monster, a baby with rock like skin and glowing eyes. The birth killed the mother, and the father immediately rejected his son. This led Chandigarh to be wiped off the face of the Earth by a power none could explain, leaving only one survivor; the child. The child would be named Michael Desai by an orphanage, and eventually formed a powerful criminal empire as the Outsider. Though he is more of a behind the scenes man, the Outsider has powerful geokinetic abilities. However, as careful as he has been, the Outsider will soon have a run-in with many of Earth's superheroes...
