A return to the pre-Flashpoint Earth 0 of the DC Omniverse, showing how it and the multiverse it is tied to have changed thanks to events such as Convergence and the aftermath of Dark Knights Death Metal., exploring how it is a similar, but bold new world and remind fans of the old still standing with the new. Imagined as an animated epic, not live action.

Description of Tar Pit (Joey Monteleone):

The younger brother of Jack "Candyman" Monteleone, Joey didn't take his work selling his brother's product seriously, which led him to wind up in Iron Heights. When it finally occurred to him that his brother couldn't get him out of this mess Joey took to meditation to relax. He discovered he had the mutant ability to project his astral form into inanimate objects and animate them, eventually getting stuck in an animated vat of tar, but Joey didn't mind. Naming himself, Tar Pit he forgot about his old body, and would go on to battle Wally West's Flash as well as aiding the Rogues now and then.
