Fan Casting Susan Barr in Return to the DC Universe

As a young woman, Susan Kent had grown up around cops with her father being a Sergeant. Eventually, she worked with and fell in love with Jim Barr, learning he was Bulletman. With Jim's creativity, he was able to replicate his equipment for Susan to become Bulletgirl. Together, along with Jim, Susan worked with the All-Star Squadron and many other heroes before retiring in Fawcett City. Over time, the two had their daughter, Deanna, and have enjoyed retirement, even as they act as special teachers for the JSA Academy, helping to train the next generation of superheroes.
