Fan Casting Sister Superior in Return to the DC Universe

The younger sister of Manchester Black, former leader of the Elite, Vera lost her arms from the elbows down in an accident as a child, and became twisted because of her brother's "play" with her leading to killing sprees with his telepathy. In adulthood, Vera would gain powerful cybernetic enhancements for her arms, first being tempted to fight Superman for revenge for her brother's suicide, but would work with the JLA and a new version of the Elite to save the world, leading her to form the Justice League Elite. Now, she steps out of the shadows and into the light to join the proactive Justice League Unlimited, to prove she is much better than her brother.
