A return to the pre-Flashpoint Earth 0 of the DC Omniverse, showing how it and the multiverse it is tied to have changed thanks to events such as Convergence and the aftermath of Dark Knights Death Metal., exploring how it is a similar, but bold new world and remind fans of the old still standing with the new. Imagined as an animated epic, not live action.

Description of Shimmer (Selinda Flinders):

The older twin sister to Mammoth, Selinda like her brother Baran endured much bullying in their childhood due to their emerging metahuman powers. Eventually using their powers to fight their tormentors, the two were sent by their parents to Markovia, where Dr. Helga Jace tried to help the duo, but they turned to crime, and helped form the Fearsome Five. Shimmer had been dead for some time, only revived by Dr. Sivana. With her powers, Shimmer is capable of molecular reconstruction, but for only 3 minutes and only objects 3 feet near her can be affected. Though she acts as the brains to her brother's brawn.
