Billy Wu was always close to his older twin sister Claire. One day, when on their way somewhere, they took a shortcut past a warehouse. When it exploded, chemicals covered Billy, turning him into a blob as well as turning his skin blue and killing Claire. If not for his mom using her genius to make a suit so Billy could move, he'd have been stuck physically. Emotionally, he was lost due to the loss of his friend. Eventually, he turned to YouTube, using his newfound superpowers of metamorphosis to be able to entertain people. This will lead him to meet Young Justice, and to become a part of the team.
