Fan Casting Rocket Red in Return to the DC Universe

A devout Communist and believer in the old USSR, Gavril Ivanovich became disgusted with the westernization of Russia, causing him to leave the Rocket Red Brigade, and becoming an anarchist. Eventually, he would meet the Justice League International, friends to his idol, deceased Rocket Red and JLI/JLA member Demitri Pushkin and join them in their battle against Maxwell Lord. In a recent battle, Gavril's armor, designed off Demitri's, was damaged, leading him to get a serious overhaul, as he stands to fight for justice.
