Fan Casting Risk in Return to the DC Universe

One of the H'San Natall/human hybrids, Cody Driscoll awoke to his powers of being stronger at the age of 16, forming a new Teen Titans with his extended family. Becoming a reservist in the Titans to take care of his mom, Risk (due to his always taking high risks) would fight valiantly until he lost his arm to Superboy-Prime, leading to him being manipulated by Deathstroke for his Titans East. Eventually facing Superboy-Prime again, Cody lost his other arm, but would get prostheses from Cyborg but would lose his mom as well. Going into the mysterious Meta Brawl, Risk ends up fighting for money... until he becomes a charter member of Red Hood's Outsiders.
