Fan Casting Reign in Return to the DC Universe

A creation from Krypton centuries before Superman's birth, Reign is one of five Worldkillers, designed by the Kryptonian Empire to be harbingers of war, to eradicate their enemies. Genetically modified alien DNA made Reign as powerful as can be, but soon, she and her fellow Worldkillers were set to be destroyed for being uncontrollable. They would have died, had Harvest not discovered them with his powers, and saved them. Now, Reign offers her loyalty to Harvest as one of his enforcers.
