Fan Casting Red Arrow II in Return to the DC Universe

A relative of Shado's, Emiko Adachi had been living in the US as a student in Star City the day Prometheus destroyed a massive part of it. Displaced by it, Emiko took up archery to protect herself from some of the gangs that ran wild once the city was decimated. Meeting Green Arrow by chance, Ollie took her under his wing, and would adopt her as his daughter, training her to be an even better archer. Even if snarky and at times arrogant, Emiko took to the name Red Arrow, which Arsenal recommended for her, rather quickly, and wants to help anyone she can.
