Fan Casting Ragman in Return to the DC Universe

When Rory Regan was a child, he helped his father Gerry work in his pawn shop, Rags 'n' Tatters, in Gotham City. As Rory grew up, he would be a ragman, buying rags from his community. When his father was killed, Rory found a costume made up of rags to seek vengeance, but would learn the costume was made by his ancestors as a way to protect the Jewish people in place of the Golem. Now, as a real Ragman, Rory can infuse different souls into his costume, and fights not just for Gotham City, but against the occult as part of Shadowpact.
