Fan Casting Radiation Roy in Return to the DC Universe

A human with the power of radiation manipulation due to his body, Roy Travich aimed to join the Legion of Super-Heroes, but his powers caused terrible mental disorder, but he was told he was rejected for lack of control of his powers, Eventually, Roy would turn to crime, and joined the earliest incarnation of the Legion of Super-Villains. Years later, he would be recruited by Earth-Man, another Legion reject, into his "Justice League of Earth" after Time Trapper made them believe Superman was human, not Kryptonian. Now, with the JLE's defeat, Roy has once again joined the Legion of Super-Villains.
