Fan Casting Prankster in Return to the DC Universe

Oswald Loomis was once the popular host of the "Uncle Oswald Show," until WGBS pulled the plug on it due to low ratings. This made Loomis snap, who began to play a series of dangerous pranks on Metropolis, taking on the name "The Prankster" in the press as he went after Morgan Edge, only to be stopped by Superman. Eventually, Prankster sold his soul to Lord Satanus, becoming younger, but it also changed his personality; he no longer wanted to just joke around, but has now become a manic trickster with the desire to make the world laugh via his own twisted way.
