Hailing from the planet Bgztl, Tinya Wazzo, like all people of Bgztl, can phase through solid matter via shifting into a different dimension. This ability would be useful when Tinya would join the Legion of Super-Heroes as its fifth member, becoming Phantom Girl after leaving Bgztl when her father died and she had disagreements with her mother. While on the Legion, Phantom Girl has been romantically connected heavily to Ultra Boy.
